No idea what your event/image was, but this piece is such a vivid evocation of forest fires i have seen in the piny woods of central Florida. Impact from afar and anear.
Jane, Thanks for your comment. My inspiration was an incredible sunset, but I love when people see different things in my work than what I do! We all bring our own experiences to it which is very exciting.

Thanks Marjorie. Yes the branches are screened. And there is some writing flowing across this piece – about aurora borealis – that is screened as well.
